What data Ceres Unwaste handles, why and for how long.
The controller is OcraMars: the details are at the bottom of the page. For any request about your data, write to those contacts.
To make the app work we need:
- your OcraMars account: email, name and, if you log in with Google, the link to that account;
- your home: its name and who shares it;
- what you enter: pantry, expiry dates, shopping lists, meal plan, favourite recipes and the ones you create;
- the products you scan: the barcode, to recognise them;
- the photos you add;
- the identifier of the phone, to send you the expiry reminders.
To give you the app: keep the pantry, remind you, suggest recipes. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
New products you scan may enter the shared catalogue with their name and brand, without any data about you.
The data is on the servers of OcraMars. For the login with Google and for the notifications on the phone we rely on the services of Google. Product data also comes from Open Food Facts.
As long as you have the account. To delete it, with all the data, write to the contacts below.
